For any return, please send us a message at customer@prettyinside.be specifying your order number, as well as the reason for return and your preference for exchange or refund.
To be accepted by Pretty Inside, the return must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be returned to us no later than 14 days after receipt by the customer.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging + accessories, etc.) allowing them to be resold in new condition.
- Products must not be damaged, soiled, or incomplete.
- Products must not have any bodily odors, perfume, or laundry smells.
